Bookings and Payments
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.

Failure to make the final payment within the specified time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and the advance amount may be forfeited as per the cancellation policy.

Prices include only those services specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
Exclusions such as personal expenses, optional activities, laundry, room service, or additional meals will be clearly listed on each tour page.
Any revisions in government taxes, airline fares, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations may result in a change in the final payable amount. Travelers will be informed if such changes occur.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations and refunds are governed by the Xplovio Refund & Cancellation Policy available on our website.
If a specific tour page lists different cancellation terms, those special terms will override the general policy.

Traveler Conduct

Any damage caused to hotel rooms, transport vehicles, or public property due to negligence will result in a penalty or full compensation chargeable to the traveler.

By joining a tour, travelers consent to such usage unless they inform Xplovio in writing prior to the tour departure.
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
All disputes related to bookings, services, or payments shall fall under the jurisdiction of Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu, India.
