Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

Booking Cancellations & Refunds:

All our tour bookings involve advance arrangements with airlines, hotels, and service providers. Therefore:

  • A non-refundable booking fee (down payment) is required to confirm any tour. This amount is clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

Refund eligibility for the balance amount is based on the timing of cancellation:

  • If you cancel 30 days or more before the tour departure date, you are eligible for a full refund of the paid amount excluding the down payment.

  • If you cancel between 15 and 29 days before the tour departure, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

  • If you cancel less than 14 days before the departure date, no refund will be issued.

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • No-shows or late arrivals

  • Customers who leave the tour midway or miss any included activity

  • Visa rejections received after the deadline (in case visa support was provided)

Booking Transfers:

You may request to transfer your booking to another person if the request is made at least 14 days before the tour start date. All such requests must be submitted via email to Info@xplovio.com.

💳 Payment Terms
  • Full payment must be completed before the final due date provided during booking.

  • For selected tours, credit card EMI options are available.

📦 Product Returns (Merchandise & Digital Products)

Physical Products (if applicable):

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, etc.):

All digital product purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

🕒 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Each tour or product may have specific terms and conditions, which will be mentioned on its respective booking page. Xplovio reserves the right to update or revise this policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be reflected on this page.
