We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as transparent and fair as possible with our cancellation and refund terms. Please read the following policy carefully before booking a tour with Xplovio.
Booking Deposit
- A non-refundable booking advance of ₹14,999 or ₹9,999 (as applicable) is required to confirm your seat on any tour.
- This deposit secures your booking and is used to cover early reservations and administrative fees.
Cancellation by the Traveler
If you choose to cancel your participation in a tour, the following refund policy will apply:
- Cancellations made more than 21 days before the tour start date:
- 100% refund of the amount paid (excluding booking deposit)
- Cancellations made 14–21 days before the tour start date:
- 50% refund of the amount paid (excluding booking deposit)
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour start date:
- No refund
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to xplovio@gmail.com.
No-Show Policy
- No refunds will be provided if the traveler fails to show up for the trip or misses a scheduled departure.
Cancellation by Xplovio
In the rare event that a tour is canceled by Xplovio due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient group size):
- You will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the booking deposit.
- Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your payment to a future tour.
Tour Modifications
Xplovio reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, hotel arrangements, or schedule due to operational needs or safety concerns. These changes do not qualify for a refund unless the entire tour is canceled.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.
