Xplovio operates its own tours within India and also works as an aggregator or collaborating partner for selected international packages. All confirmed bookings are handled and invoiced under the Xplovio brand name.
2. Bookings & Payments
- A minimum 10% advance or the cost of flight/ferry tickets (whichever is higher) must be paid at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be cleared at least 14 days before the tour start date.
- For domestic tours, we accept all modes of payment — UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and cash.
- For international bookings, payments may be made via Wise, PayPal, or Razorpay. Associated service or transaction fees must be borne by the customer.
- An official GST invoice is issued for every booking. For international travel, a 5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source) applies as per Indian tax law. Proper documentation is provided for tax filing.
- Failure to make the final payment within the deadline may lead to automatic cancellation of your booking without refund of the advance.
3. Services Covered
Xplovio provides comprehensive travel services, including:
- Domestic & international group and private tours
- Flight tickets, hotel reservations, train & bus bookings
- Ferry transfers, local transport, and guided sightseeing
- Visa assistance (through authorized service providers)
- Travel insurance and document guidance
For certain international destinations, Xplovio operates tours in partnership with reputed local tour companies. In all such cases, the itinerary and services will still carry the Xplovio brand name, ensuring consistent quality and support.
4. Pricing & Inclusions
- Tour prices are quoted per person (unless otherwise stated) and include only the services mentioned in the itinerary.
- Exclusions (such as personal expenses, additional meals, or optional activities) are listed clearly on each tour page.
- Any changes in government taxes, airline fares, fuel surcharges, or currency rates may result in a price revision prior to full payment.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Our general cancellation and refund terms are governed by the Xplovio Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If a specific tour page lists different conditions, those will override the general policy.
Summary:
- Cancellations made 10 days or more before the tour start date → eligible for 80% refund after deducting actual expenses.
- Cancellations within 10 days → non-refundable.
- No refund for no-shows or early departure.
- Unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions) will be handled with rescheduling or partial credit options wherever possible.
6. Tour Operation & Responsibilities
- For domestic tours, Xplovio arranges all logistics directly, including transport, hotels, meals, and local guides.
- For international tours, services may be delivered by partner operators under Xplovio supervision.
- Xplovio ensures that all vendors and partners meet professional and safety standards.
- In the event of delays, strikes, weather interruptions, or force majeure conditions, Xplovio will provide assistance to the best of its ability but shall not be liable for losses or additional expenses arising from such events.
7. Travel Documents & Visas
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, permits, and ID proofs required for their journey.
- Xplovio provides visa support and coordination through authorized agencies but does not guarantee approval or control processing time.
- Any visa rejections or delays do not qualify for refunds under the cancellation policy.
8. Insurance & Liability Disclaimer
- Xplovio provides or facilitates travel insurance for all eligible travelers.
- Travelers must disclose any medical conditions prior to the tour.
- Xplovio and its associates take every reasonable measure for safety but are not responsible for injury, loss, accident, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
- Participation in adventure or trekking activities is at the traveler’s own risk, and appropriate fitness is required.
9. Traveler Conduct
- Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward local culture, fellow travelers, guides, and property.
- Any damage to hotel rooms, vehicles, or public property due to negligence will result in a non-refundable chargeto the traveler.
- Possession or consumption of illegal substances or violation of local laws will result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
10. Force Majeure
Xplovio will not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, pandemics, weather disturbances, strikes, political unrest, or transportation disruptions.
In such cases, Xplovio will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule, modify, or provide credits for future travel.
11. Changes to Itinerary
Minor changes in itinerary, hotel, or transport may occur due to operational reasons.
Xplovio reserves the right to amend routes, timings, or accommodations while maintaining overall service quality.
Any major change will be communicated to travelers in advance.
12. Promotional Media & Content
During tours, photos or videos may be captured by the team for promotional use on Xplovio’s website, YouTube, or social media platforms.
By joining a tour, participants consent to such use unless they explicitly inform Xplovio in writing before departure.
13. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of bookings or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu, India courts only.
All contracts and policies are governed by Indian law.
14. Amendments
Xplovio reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
